Speech was founded in 2004 by Datta Groover.
The name Higher
Speech was chosen because in
the history of our world, Higher Speech is what has
always made the most positive and long-lasting influences. When people speak clearly with integrity, purpose, and compassion, people are inspired and lives change.
Higher
Speech is a quality training organization for speakers, presenters,
trainers, and coaches who want to make a positive difference. We work with business people of all levels of presentation skills. We've coached professional speakers, beginners, and just about every level in between. We don't care about the size your your business — or about the size of your budget. We care about helping individuals get to their next level of effectiveness in communication.

Policies of Higher Speech:
We guarantee you will be delighted with what we offer. We back that up with a full refund, and in many cases, actually give you back more (see the specific information for each workshop or training).
We are a "human" organization. We're here to help you. The world has enough "harsh" businesses in it. However, we have to be practical. Following are our refund policies:
If you cancel more than 45 days before an event, we will credit 100% of your paid fees to any of our training programs of your choosing, at a time of your choosing (subject to space available)
If you cancel less than 46 days, but more than 21 days before an event, we will credit 80% of your paid fees to any of our training programs of your choosing, at a time of your choosing (subject to space available).
If you cancel less than 22 days, but more than 7 days before an event, we will credit 70% of your paid fees to any of our training programs of your choosing, at a time of your choosing (subject to space available).
If you cancel less than 8 days before an event, we will credit 60% of your paid fees to any of our training programs of your choosing, at a time of your choosing (subject to space available).
Everything a client shares with us in a workshop, training, or coaching session will be kept in the strictest confidence.

speaking, as well as within the
corporate world. He offers one-on-one coaching to help other presenters become more effective with their presentations, and offers keynote speeches that help people sharpen their presentation skills.
He has been speaking in professional circles since
the mid-1980s when he chaired the
International Committee
for Self-Sufficiency, and has spoken
in Europe, Australia, and North
America.
He has authored 4 books, both fiction and non-fiction,
has published numerous articles, and
worked for many
years as the content and style editor
for Torchlight
Publishing. He is a professional
member of The
Authors Guild.

professional member of the National Speakers Association, though he is
always happy to lend his services to a
worthy cause. His
